FlxFleet offers four primary service categories:

• On-Demand Delivery – Fast item delivery (e.g., parcels, documents) with real-time pricing and no helper required.

• Personal Delivery – Same-day or scheduled delivery of furniture, appliances, and other personal item

• Commercial Delivery – Business-focused logistics for bulk or time-sensitive items, with support for multiple stops and equipment.

• Moving Assistance – Labor-only support for loading, unloading, or rearranging goods without a vehicle.

Each service may have specific operational terms and pricing models. You agree to review and accept applicable pricing during booking

We strive to provide reliable service, but availability is subject to demand and local conditions.

• All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

• Payment is processed securely via our platform before service initiation.

• Quotes are estimates; actual charges may adjust based on time, wait fees, overages, or other configured rules.

• Users are responsible for ensuring accurate details at booking.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, address, and item information.

• Be present or ensure access at the agreed pickup/delivery time.

• Avoid booking prohibited items (flammables, hazardous goods, etc.)

• Treat FlxFleet staff and partners with respect.

• Bookings cancelled with at least 2 hours’ notice may qualify for a partial refund.

• Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

• Refunds for disputes or billing errors are handled per our Refund Policy.

FlxFleet reserves the right to:

• Cancel bookings in case of fraud, abuse, or service limitations.

• Suspend or terminate user accounts for violations.

• Modify pricing, services, or platform features with notice.

• Insurance coverage is optional and based on the declared value of goods.

• FlxFleet’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services, unless additional insurance was purchased.

• FlxFleet is not responsible for delays due to weather, road closures, or third-party interference.

• Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share your personal information without consent, except as required by law.

• Disputes will be first attempted to be resolved informally.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Alberta courts.
