Flxfleet is built for speed, flexibility, and transparency replacing outdated methods with a smarter, more efficient solution.
This policy outlines the standards of behavior and acceptable use for all users of the FlxFleet platform — including customers, drivers, helpers, and administrative users. By using FlxFleet, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
1.
Respect & Professionalism
Treat all users (customers, drivers, helpers, support staff) with respect and dignity.
Discriminatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited
Use of hate speech, slurs, or offensive gestures will result in account suspension or ban

Safe & Legal Use
Jobs booked through FlxFleet must comply with local, provincial, and federal laws.
No illegal substances, contraband, or hazardous materials may be transported.
Users may not request or perform services that involve unsafe working conditions or violate health/safety laws.
All items transported must be accurately described.

Accurate Information
Provide accurate pickup//dropoff addresses, contact information, and job details at all times.
Misrepresentation of item size, quantity, or job scope may result in additional fees, cancellation, or suspension.
False claims or abuse of refunds, support, or dispute systems is prohibited.
4.
Timeliness & Communication
Be punctual for all scheduled jobs.
Customers must be available within the scheduled window; delays beyond the grace period may incur wait time fees or job cancellation.
Drivers/helpers must communicate early if delayed beyond expected arrival times.
Use the in-app chat respectfully and only for job-related purposes.
5.
No Off-Platform Transactions
All jobs must be booked, managed, and paid for via the FlxFleet platform.
Soliciting or accepting jobs outside the platform is a violation of our terms and may result in removal.
6.
Platform Integrity
ADo not attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass pricing rules, booking restrictions, or admin policies.
Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or duplicating platform functionality is strictly prohibited.
Any abuse of promo codes, referrals, or platform credit systems will result in reversal and suspension.
7.
Item Responsibility & Claims
Customers are responsible for packing items securely, unless helper services include packaging.
Operators must handle items with care; any intentional damage, theft, or negligence will be investigated and penalized.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of job completion and supported by photos and job records.
8.
Multi-Party Safety
Operators must never enter a home without permission or when unaccompanied by another adult, unless authorized.
Customers are advised not to request services that require unsafe lifting or unsafe access areas (e.g., poorly lit back entrances).
FlxFleet may intervene in cases involving physical danger, assault, or law enforcement incidents.
9.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for actions taken using your FlxFleet account.
Sharing login credentials or impersonating another person or entity is prohibited.
Operators must maintain all required licenses and certifications to work via the platform.
10.
Violations & Enforcement
FlxFleet reserves the right to investigate and take action on any breach of this policy.
Actions may include:
Warnings
Temporary suspension
Permanent account ban
Withholding payments or refunds
nvolvement of law enforcement (where applicable)
